• The Supreme Court voted to uphold the gun restriction law prohibiting domestic violence perpetrators from owning and having access to firearms. In an 8-1 vote, this closely watched case tested the Court’s conservative majority in regards to Second Amendment rights. 
• Donald Trump’s lawyers have once again argued for the dismissal of his classified documents criminal case, claiming that the prosecutor is “too independent” and not being subjected to the constraints required of federal prosecutors. His continued legal troubles have, however, rallied Republican voters, as he raised $60 million more than Biden this past month in fundraising for his 2024 campaign. 
• NASA announced on Friday that the Boeing Starliner’s return has once again been delayed. The original return date was set for June 14th, with the first pushback aiming for the 24th, but now no expected return has been declared. The Starliner craft has experienced 5 failed propellers, 5 helium leaks, and a malfunctioning propellant valve indicative of unfixed past problems. NASA is reportedly taking this time to gain insight, but no further details were given.
