- Gunmen stormed a concert hall in Moscow on Friday, setting the venue on fire. More than 133 people have died, with many more trapped beneath the rubble. ISIS, an Islamic State group, claimed responsibility, and 3 of the 4 armed men pleaded guilty to the attack in a Russian court yesterday. Despite allegations of assisting the attack from Putin, Ukraine denied any wrongdoing.
