The arresting officers claim his eyes were visibly bloodshot and he failed all standard sobriety tests. I guess what goes around comes around, and Timberlake won’t be bringing sexy back anytime soon.
• The Biden administration announced a new effort to provide undocumented spouses and children of US citizens an easier path to citizenship. The action will protect over 550,000 people from deportation, while also being a key move for Biden’s campaign after he partially sealed the border to asylum seekers this month. I guess we’ll see how this plan competes with Trump’s promised mass deportations when November rolls around.
• Robert Morris, a Texas megachurch pastor and Trump’s former spiritual advisor, resigned after allegations of sexual abuse. Morris confessed to a quote “moral failure” in what he called “inappropriate sexual behavior with a young lady” after a woman came forward claiming he abused her when she was only 12. Both Morris and the victim shared similar details of the events, however, he has not been charged with a crime.
